Are you ready for El Nino? With all the dire predictions for the upcoming winter for major storms, record rainfall and flooding in California, now is the time to prepare for erosion control, learning better management practices and about the latest products on the market. John McCullah with Shasta Watersheds Action Group (SWAG) and Shasta College have teamed up to do just that.

November 13-14 a second BMP Summit will be held at the Shasta College Erosion Control Training Center along with an assortment of exhibitors with the latest in erosion control products and techniques. There well be demonstrations along with guest speaker Eric Berntsen. There is still time to sign up and join us for this informative two day event.
