Project Description:
SWAG, with a Cantara Trustee Council grant, will realign Sulphur Creek along its historical channel. The project calls for the planting of 1,000 plants immediately adjacent to the streambank for approximately 2,000 feet of realigned channel. Grade control structures with clay cores will be constructed in the current channel, using backflow to create a seasonal wetland.
